Happy Summer Solstice to All!!

Updates!

Time goes by so fast that I feel to not be able to do everything that I should.
Then I just stop for a moment, just a moment and look back. At that point I realize all the things  I was able to accomplish.
A few weeks ago I talked about a new altar statue, well the first plasticine model is finished! :)

These days I also worked on a new project, I love it so much that I can not resist, I have to share it with you!

These adorable squashed fairies, in addition to being used as a simple decoration for your interior (also with magnet for your fridge), born as a bumper for your walls. Applying them at the point where the door handles or windows banging against the wall, will protect your surface and will give an ironic twist to your room.
Aren't they adorable?!

Hello everybody!
The summer is coming and the weather is amazing! The sun is so beautiful!
I have started to take part to a street market in Piazza della Vittoria, here in Genoa, you can find me there every thursday :)
I'm working to some new projects and i have a request for a new altar statue, I want to share the sketch with you, because i think it's so beautiful!

Mother's Day

The Mother's Day is coming, have you already thought at the gift for her!?
The Little People are so excited for this event!
They celebrate their Queen as their mother, because she loves each one of them like he was her son.
The other day they met in secret for to think about the gift for her.
It was really a hard assignment, what to give to a Goddess? What she would need?
After long time they began to think that perhaps the best thing was to think, not about what she would need, but to a gift that spoke of them, to remind her the love they have for her.
I'm sure that everytime she will look at it, she will smile remembering each funny lovely little people.

May Fire

This night is the night of love.
Beltaine is the night where we celebrate the union between the Lord and the Lady. This is the night between the  spring equinox and the summer solstice, where the fires of passion burn and the dark of the winter gives way to the light of the summer.
The May Queen and the Green Man bestow their blessing upon the Earth and Her creatures. Their union become the example for all humanity to live in love and harmony.
May the light of the May Fire bring happiness and peace into your life, may we all always dwell in the joy of the Lady and the Lord.

New Project

Hello Everybody!
How was you Easter?
Here in Italy we have a really long period of holiday, after Easter on 20th, we had the Liberation Day on 25 April, in Italy the anniversary of the liberation from fascism. And now the 1th of May we are going to have the Labour Day, many people have taken this combination of events to make a wonderful trip.
Also here at the Goblins&Fairys we have taken a little break for Easter, but the Little People are always in ferment and have worked to a wonderful project!

Happy Easter!

Are you ready to hunt eggs?!
Even the little people is organizing the big event.
Every year they make a competition to see who find more eggs. The fairies are hidden among the flowers from the day before, hoping to see the Easter Bunny hides the eggs. Even the goblins are camouflaged among the roots of trees, but unfailingly the winners are always the same ... the squirrels!
They are really skilled! Moreover they train all year round with the acorn and walnuts!
Someone, however, has decided that this year wants revenge and has formulated a foolproof plan!
Reflection and study have brought this little troll to think that what he needed was more arms .. and you're done!
What do you say, will he win the race?
Hey! but what has he in the hand?! "Happy Birthday"?!
So someone of you is celebrating a birthday! Happy birthday then!

For a Very Special Person

As I told you not much time ago, a wonderful Fairy has arrived to the Goblins&Fairys for a very special request.
You have to know that what they say about fairies is totaly true! They born from the first laugh of a baby and unfortunatly die when someone stop to believe in them.
For this reason any kids are precious for all the fairies and also any person who still believe in them, is very important!
Do you believe in them?
There is a little girl whom believe in them so intensely and with so much passion, that the fairies come to visit her during the night, she doesn't know that, but they watch over her day and night. Fairies are vain and love the way the little girl speaks of them, of their beauty and elegance!
The birthday of this special girl was coming and this is the motif for which the wonderful Fairy is arrived to the Goblins&Fairys.
She knows that the fairies can't be seen by the kids, but this doesn't forbid to the fairy to leave a present for the girl, in her room.
What do you think? The little girl will be happy of the gift?!

Our Master Goblin is busy as ever, soon I will tell the story of the beautiful fairy came to the Goblins & Fairys some time ago, but first I want to show a new variant of the statue of Dagda designed by our artist!

A few months ago a follower of the Goddess Danu is arrived at the Goblins & Fairys asking for a statue of the deity, whom he loved.
The first copy was made white, in line with the other altar statues. But this statue, because of the very nature of the Mother Goddess, tied to the land, needed a beautiful reproduction colorful! And it's from this copy that our Master Goblin was inspired for the statue of the Dagda.

The Story of a Dream – Part 3 of 3

After days of work , the statue is finally ready !
The Master Goblin and the Great Spirit of the Forest have met in the middle of the forest. Even the small poodle was invited . She still has not seen the finished work , It was there , leaning on a rock and covered with a cloth .
For a grand gesture of the Great Spirit , a light breeze start to get up , little luminescent fairies have came and have raised , with a small vortex , the towel leaning on the statue .
The poodle can not believe his eyes! She is incredulous and confused. A wolf ! The statue represent a wolf !
The Great Spirit of the Forest come close to the little friend and explains her that no mistake has been made, that the statue represent exactly her! Her essence , her spirit!
The poodle looks around a little confused ..
From behind the trees come out the majestic silver wolfs , now gathered in a circle around to our friends for greet their new companion with long, deep howl !
She, too, is now part of the pack, now you can see her immense joy!

The Story of a Dream – Part 2 of 3

The days are passing  and the Master Goblin is really busy. He is working to the new trolls for Easter and a wonderful Fairy is arrived to the Goblins&Fairys with a new request. But a good friend can't forget a promise!
Every morning he asks to the little poodle to pose for a portrait.
It seems that the Great Spirit of the Forest is arrived to the Goblins&Fairys asking for a little statue for his collection.
The Master Goblin, in agree with he Great Spirit, has decided to take as model the little poodle for distract her and make her happy.
If i know a little bit the Master Goblin, and i do, I'm sure there will be something more. So stay here and wait with me! Lets see what happens!

The Story of a Dream – Part 1 of 3

The 16th of this month we had the full moon, many celebrations have been done in the land of the Sidhe. All the Little People were worshipping the Silver Lady eating, drinking and dancing!

The atmosphere was magical and warm, like an hug for your heart.

In the exact moment in which the Lady has reached her greatest glory, a minute of silent was revered. Everyone was standing still, looking at the Moon.

A pack of wolf has started to run out from the forest. It's impossible to explain their magnificent. They were running but without to touch the ground, they were surrounded from a luminescent veil and their fur, under the light of the Lady of the Night, was shining like silver.

A spectator in particular has been touched from this mystique vision. A lovely little white poodle. She is so small and often considered as a simple dog for a couch, but in her heart she is much more! Like Don Quixote, when she barks to a little wall, actually she is able to see behind what your eyes are able to see.

Master Goblin knows her very well and he perfectly understood what she was feeling during that night.

For days she has been so depressed, but i'm sure that The Master Goblin is already thinking to a surprise for her!

Here the picture of how she is feeling now....come back in few days and we will discover toghether what the Master Goblin is doing!

Let's Talk!

Hello everybody!
Moving from Ireland to Italy brought a bit of unbalance within the Goblins&Fairys.
I have taken time to reorganize my stuff and i have slowly restart to work at my orders.
I took advantage of this time to refresh a bit the Blogs and Twitter, now i'm so curious to know what do you think about them!!
Please let me know what you like and what you don't, so i'll be able to grow up! :)
New country, new ideas, new actions!
I have taken the decision to share with you my working in progress and i really hope that someone of you, from the other side of the PC, will comment my pictures sharing with me, and all of you, his opinion.
I love the idea of my stories, so i'll keep on write them  for my new products :)

Easter is coming and I'm working to some new products, I know that it's a bit late for made products for Easter, but I want anyway celebrate the event with something new!

Lets celebrate Spring!

The spring equinox comes when night and day are of equal lenght, the spring officially begins.
Birds begin their nesting and egg-laying, and eggs - symbolic of rebirth, fertility, and immortality - are tossed into fresh furrows or eaten by ploughmen. They are also carried by those engaged in spring planting.
A charming custom is painting eggs with symbols and pictures of what one whishes to manifest in the coming year. The egg can than be buried in the Earth Mother, who hears the cries and dreams of her children.
Aengus Og is the male deity of the occasion. Son of Dagda and Boann, is the Celtic God of Love.
The female aspect of this festival is personified by Boann, River Celtic Goddess and Queen of the Sidhe - where Spring Fairies and all the Little People live -
Lets celebrate Love,Fairies, Nature. Lets celebrate Spring!

Great news at the Goblins&Fairys!
Our little friends have taken some days of break for move their studio from the wonderful Irish land to a new one full of sun, Italy.
They will go in Ireland from time to time for not forget their origins, but they are really happy to bring their knowledge around the world and learn new traditions.
Who knows what Italy will bring to their creations!
For the moment they are not forgetting what is going on in their land, here some lovely Trolls dressed up like Leprechauns...St. Patrick's Day is coming!!

New Works

The day of love is coming and our fairies have worked hard to spread love. Look at the pictures, you see the little tortoise? He collected the most beautiful rose and he is now bringing it to his beloved, is not adorable?
While everyone was busy in gifts for Valentine's Day, the wood nymphs have  thought  at the new products. Often see men wander in the woods and be very thirsty after the long journey. Along with the fairies, the nymphs try to guide them to the streams, but the risk of getting caught is high and sometimes every effort is in vain. So they thought to make this particular Dowsing Rod with crystals and Oghamic symbol. We hope it will help many!

Valentine's Day Gift Idea

Valentine's Day is really close!
Many friends are arrived at the Goblins&Fairys to help the Little People.
The fairies are so busy and all the animals of the forest are helping. Sometimes happens that they have so many things to hold in their arms, that they can't see their feet! Don't you believe me?! Look at this poor squirrel!
Isn't it cute?! He was helping to bring some presents to the other side of the oak.

Special Deal

Some other friends come during the holiday have to be presented, but the time run fast and new celebrations are coming.
I have heard some voices, from the heart of the Golins&Fairys, who were saying that some new surprise will arrive right for Valentine's Day!
And it seems that some new Brigit's Crosses are arrived for imbolc with a very special price, just 1.50€!!!

Newcomer!

The night of the festivities had arrived, the Sdihe was already wrapped in the blue blanket of the night and the moon was watching over our little friends.
Suddenly a fog invaded the forest, everything was in silent and waited. In the distance you could hear some noises seemed a running animal...a howling and shortly after the cawing of a crow.
Every soul froze. A second howling, and soon after a third's answer, it came right from the heart of the Goblins & Fairys, was the wolf of our leprechaun Finn!
A high jump out of the Magic Oak and a fast run in the forest.
What was going on?
A long silence, everyone was trembling, and then ... and then the two wolves were playing?!
All burst into a loud laugh! It was the Morrigan Fairy with his crow and his wolf who were joining in the festivities!
And so, as promised, we have presented you one of the newcomers!

Holiday Season

Great celebrations at the Goblins & Fairys and the Magic Cauldron! The entire kingdom has continued dances and banquets for several days. Now that every soul was pleased and satisfied properly, a great peace hovers in the lands of the Sidhe.
Cousins​​, uncles and nephews, all of them have reached their loved ones to spend the holidays together ... and even a few new guest has come to the land of the Goblins & Fairys.
